These Terms of Service govern your use of Altura Automations’ AI assistants, CRM systems, and workflow automation tools. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Altura provides custom-built AI assistants for messaging, voice, and customer engagement; automation workflows for lead nurturing, reminders, and post-sale follow-ups; and all-in-one CRM platforms specifically tailored for real estate and service-based businesses. These services may include SMS/email automation, appointment scheduling, lead scoring, pipeline tracking, and third-party integrations.
Services are offered on a setup fee + subscription basis or through custom contracts. All deposits and setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly billing is required for continued access, and failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access to your account or data.
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, maintaining account access, and reviewing automation scripts for compliance with their business policies. You are also responsible for ensuring that your team and systems are trained to properly handle leads generated by Altura's tools.
We treat all data — including customer info, conversations, CRM activity, and automation configurations — as confidential. Data is only accessed for performance monitoring, support, and improvements, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All underlying automation frameworks, AI prompt logic, CRM configurations, and code remain the intellectual property of Altura Automations. You are granted a license to use the system while on an active paid plan. Any white-labeled or custom-built systems may have their own ownership terms outlined in your service agreement.
Altura Automations is not liable for missed messages, incorrect bookings, lost revenue, legal consequences, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid within the past 12 months of service.
You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting support. Cancellations made before the end of a billing cycle will not be prorated. Reactivation after cancellation may involve re-setup charges. We do not guarantee preservation of CRM data or AI memory after extended downtime.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings in Ontario courts.
We reserve the right to modify features, improve automations, or make platform changes. We will make reasonable efforts to inform active clients in advance. Use of new features constitutes agreement with updated terms.
