Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Altura Automations’ AI development, integration, and messaging services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide AI automation tools that manage messaging, scheduling, and basic client communications. Services may include SMS/email responses, appointment booking via Calendly, CRM logging via Google Sheets, and AI-driven replies through Meta integrations.

2. Payment Terms

Services are billed via one-time or monthly subscription models. All setup fees and initial deposits are non-refundable. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of service.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate data, access credentials, and timely feedback. You are responsible for any content or business data entered into our systems.

4. Data Use & Confidentiality

We will never sell or share your data. All conversations, lead information, and integrations are kept confidential. Data is processed only for service delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Ownership

All AI logic, code, and infrastructure remain the property of Altura Automations. Clients receive a license to use the automation for business purposes while active on a paid plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, legal outcomes, or third-party errors. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid to us in the past 12 months.

7. Cancellations

Clients may cancel at any time. However, early cancellation of subscription plans may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement. Reinstatement after cancellation may incur a reactivation fee.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.

9. Updates

We may revise these Terms of Service occasionally. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
